Motorola will launch the Moto G72 in India on October 3. The upcoming Motorola smartphone will sit between the Moto G62 5G and Moto G82 5G, which were launched earlier this year in India. The company has confirmed some key specifications of the phone ahead of its launch. It is also confirmed to be available for purchase via Flipkart.
Before the complete specifications of the G72 are revealed, a new report has leaked the design and full spec sheet of the G72. The listing reveals that the Moto G72 is a 4G smartphone. Let’s take a look at the Moto G72 specifications, design and other details.
Moto G72 Design Renders and Specifications
Moto G72 will launch in India on October 3. The phone will come with a new design compared to its outgoing predecessor, the Moto G71 5G. According to the leaked renders by 91Mobiles and tipster Evan Blass, the G72 sports a small square-shaped camera module on the back. There is a triple-camera setup on the back. The text on the camera module confirms that the phone has a 108MP main camera. There will be an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP depth sensor.
At the front, there is a hole-punch cutout at the top centre for the 16MP front camera. The phone’s display is surrounded by thin bezels. According to the report, the G72 will sport a 6.6-inch Full HD+ pOLED display with an HDR10+ certification and 120Hz refresh rate support. The device will feature dual speakers with Dolby Atmos support. It will also come with an IP52 rating for water and dust resistance.

Under the hood, there is a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM. It will have to 128GB of internal storage. The phone will also pack a 5000mAh battery under the hood. It will come preloaded with Android 12 out of the box and have a layer of MyUX on top.
